ACE HOLDINGS NJ PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date October 26, 2026
Scope
ACE Holdings NJ LLC operates the ACE Holdings NJ website and portals at aceholdingsnj.com, www.aceholdingsnj.com, tenants.aceholdingsnj.com, and landlord.aceholdingsnj.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information through these services, including property inquiries and authorized tenant and landlord accounts. ACE Holdings NJ is a brand; the property-specific entity named in your lease remains your lease counterparty.
Information we handle
Inquiries: Your first and last name, email address, and message when you contact us. Please avoid including payment credentials or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.
Accounts: Sign-in information, account identifiers, email address, basic profile information, and account roles or permissions. If you choose Google sign-in, we request only basic sign-in scopes: openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile. Google account information is stored and processed through the authentication service and associated account records for sign-in and account identity, not advertising. Google sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages.
Property and tenancy records: Information associated with authorized users, tenants, properties, units, leases, rent, triple-net (NNN) charges, credits, invoices, recorded payments, security deposits, related reports, service or repair requests, and documents you provide, such as certificates of insurance. Records may be entered by authorized users or received through the accounting integration. Payment records describe accounting activity; the portal currently records payment information but does not offer online ACH or card collection.
Operational information: Authentication and session information, contact-form validation and security metadata, and identifiers used to prevent duplicate submissions or processing. Service logs may record request routes, response status, and timing. Essential cookies, tokens, browser storage, and similar technologies support sign-in, access controls, and service operation.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; authenticate users; provide authorized access to property and tenancy records; support leasing and property administration; maintain invoices, account balances, and other accounting records; generate reports; and investigate discrepancies. We also use information to operate and troubleshoot the services, prevent misuse and duplicate processing, protect accounts, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Service providers and authorized access
Replit provides hosting, with Replit-managed Clerk authentication for account access. Contact messages are delivered through Google Workspace email. Related form-validation, security, and duplicate-submission prevention metadata is stored in PostgreSQL. QuickBooks supports the accounting integration. These providers process information needed for their functions, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Authorized personnel and the relevant property owner or manager may access information needed to administer the applicable property, tenancy, account, or inquiry. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, as required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect safety, or protect legal rights.
Embedded content, fonts, and external services
The website uses YouTube privacy-enhanced video embeds and externally served Google Fonts. Loading these resources or interacting with embedded content can send browser-request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the relevant provider. Privacy-enhanced embedding does not mean that no information is processed. Provider privacy policies govern their own handling of this information.
Links may lead to independently operated websites. This policy does not govern those websites. Browser settings can limit cookies and similar technologies, although blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Retention and security
We retain information for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering the account or tenancy relationship, accounting and recordkeeping requirements, disputes, security needs, and applicable law. Different records may have different retention periods. A request to close an account does not necessarily require deletion of underlying lease or accounting records.
The portal uses authentication and access controls. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your sign-in credentials private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Requests and choices
You may contact info@aceholdingsnj.com with privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information. Any legal entitlement to a particular response depends on applicable law and the circumstances; this policy does not represent that every privacy law applies to every user or commercial tenancy.
We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and authority before responding. Some information may need to be retained or withheld to meet legal obligations, protect another person's information, or preserve relevant records. Please identify the account or property involved without sending passwords or payment credentials.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as the services or our practices change. The current version and its effective date will appear here. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. Before using Google user data for a new purpose, we will give notice and obtain any consent required by Google’s applicable policies. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@aceholdingsnj.com.
